Nassau Bay is another of those small, close-knit and friendly villages
that grew up alongside the emerging NASA/Johnson Space Center development.
Built primarily during the 1960's and early 1970's, the homes here have a
distinctive architectural style influenced by the time period and the
waterfront location of the community. Tree-lined streets, well maintained
homes, and beautiful curb appeal make this community a great place to call
home. Many of the residents of Nassau Bay have lived here for years, and
wouldn't consider living anywhere else. Many of the homes here have been
updated, although there are still homes in their original condition for
the homeowner with a vision and the heart of a "fixer-upper". Homes prices
are mostly affordable ( $175K-$300K), although there are some pricier
waterfront opportunities available. Real estate taxes are relatively low
and the school district is the renowned Clear Creek ISD. For
